Cinnamon toast

A must for any cinnamon lovers this recipe uses Roberts Oatmeal sliced bread for a lighter, sweeter taste.

Ingredients:
Serves 2 

4 slices Roberts Bakery oatmeal bread
Butter for spreading
4 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp Demerara sugar
4 tbsp cinnamon

Method:

  • Preheat the grill to a medium heat
  • Toast the bread on both sides and spread with butter
  • Sprinkle the slices liberally with sugar and cinnamon
  • Place the bread back under the grill and toast until the sugar has melted and bubbles.
