A must for any cinnamon lovers this recipe uses Roberts Oatmeal sliced bread for a lighter, sweeter taste.
Ingredients:

4 slices Roberts Bakery oatmeal bread
Butter for spreading
4 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp Demerara sugar
4 tbsp cinnamon
Method:
- Preheat the grill to a medium heat
- Toast the bread on both sides and spread with butter
- Sprinkle the slices liberally with sugar and cinnamon
- Place the bread back under the grill and toast until the sugar has melted and bubbles.
