Roberts Bakery produces a wide choice of tasty square loaves that have the great Roberts taste, but also handle exceptionally well – the perfect bread for sandwich makers.

Our square loaves have been developed specifically for the sandwich market and as such offer a number of beneficial features:

Flavours
Our catering loaves are available in a range of varieties and medium, thick and extra thick slice thicknesses. All of our catering breads are suitable for both vegetarians and vegans and benefit from reduced fat and salt recipes, helping achieve nutrition targets for prepared food.

• White – soft and traditional
• Brown – with added bran
• Wholemeal – high fibre made with 100% wholemeal flour
• Malted Wheatgrain – with malted grains and malt flour for a dark brown colour and nutty flavour
• Softgrain – white bread with cracked wheat and rye
• Oatmeal – with the added goodness and flavour of oats
• Poppyseed – our traditional white bread with added poppy seeds
• Farmers – with malt flour, for a strong taste & dark brown colour, and sunflower seeds & millet for added crunch
• Onion – made with white flour and dried red onion, creating a distinctive taste for speciality sandwiches
• Tomato and Olive– a white bread with sundried tomatoes, olives and herbs for a Mediterranean flavour
• Cranberry – a seasonal favourite, white bread with added cranberry pieces available during November and December; ideal for the turkey sandwiches!
