Visitors to our bakery

Site safety 
Our bakery sites are in use 24 hours a day, with heavy machinery and vehicles in constant operation.  We want to ensure that both visitors and staff are safe at all times and ask that everyone is vigilant and follows the safety rules published on site.

• On entering the site all vehicles must report directly to the security office and sign in
• Pedestrians should use the signposted walkways and pathways around the site
• Visitors inside the bakeries will be issued with protecive clothing
• All Frank Roberts & Sons sites are no-smoking areas.

Booking in procedure
We ask that all deliveries to our stores area are booked in advance of arrival to secure a delivery slot and ensure offloading equipment is available.  Please telephone stores on 01606 818026 to discuss your delivery requirements. Deliveries are generally accepted between the hours of 7.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.
