A Father’s Day breakfast fit for a King!

You'll need

• 3 slices of Roberts white bread
• 2 rashers of bacon
• 1 egg
• 20g of grated cheese
• 2 sausages
• 2 hash browns
• 2 black puddings
• Tomato sauce
• Brown sauce
• Biscuit cutter

How to make it

Begin by cooking the sausages, bacon, black pudding and hash browns either in a pan or under the grill, all to your liking and set to one side. Then take one slice of white bread and a biscuit cutter and make a circle in the centre of the slice of bread.

Heat a frying pan and drop in a knob of butter, adding the slice of bread with the hole in the middle, and then crack the egg into the centre.

Grill two slices of Roberts white bread and butter each slice. You are now ready to assemble your sandwich! Plate up on your dad’s favourite plate and layer as you desire! We like to place the first slice of toast down, followed by the sausages, bacon and then the sauce of yours (or your dad’s) choice, then the slice of toast with the fried egg in the centre followed by the hash browns and black pudding. Finally, apply a second layer of sauce and top off with the final slice of toast with the melted cheese on the top. To complete, insert a cocktail stick to secure the sandwich tower!
