You'll need

8 slices of Roberts Heroic Wholemeal Digestion Boost* Bloomer
240g smoked salmon
4 tbsp kimchi or sliced beetroot
Handful of fresh chives, chopped
Squeeze of lemon juice
4 tbsp crème fraîche
A smidge of salt and pepper

How to make it

Lop the crusts off your Roberts Heroic Wholemeal Digestion Boost* Bloomer (keep them for Crostini if you fancy).

Take 4 slices and spread a tablespoon of kickass kimchi over each (or layer on the beetroot).

Mix together the crème fraiche, chives and lemon juice, then season to taste.

Slather it on top.

Add a luscious layer of smoked salmon.

Finish them off with the remaining slices.

Cut each lengthways into 3 taste-bud-tickling finger sandwiches.
