How to make it
Warning: Adults only! This recipe contains alcohol, so keep it away from under 18s!
Melt enough dark chocolate to easily coat 12 coffee beans (you may want to melt extra to make it easier for yourself) melt chocolate carefully in the microwave in short bursts, stirring regularly. Drop your coffee beans into the melted chocolate and ensure they are completely coated. Using a fork retrieve the beans from the chocolate allowing any excess to run off. Place on a plate and put in the fridge to set for about 20 minutes or so.
When the chocolate covered coffee beans have set, whip the cream until peaks are formed (or try holding the bowl over your head!) slowly add in vodka to taste, being careful not to add too much and make your cream too sloppy or over mix your cream.
Dollop on a good spoon full of vodka cream on each half (4 halves in total) onto the Espresso Martini Fun Buns, then decorate each half with 3 chocolate coffee beans… Just like they would in a cocktail bar!
