You'll need

50g cream cheese
50g smoked salmon
4 tbsp sriracha hot sauce
2 spring onions
1 handful of coriander, roughly chopped

How to make it

Toast your bread, then spread each slice with a healthy dollop of cream cheese and top with plenty of smoked salmon.

Squeeze over a quick drizzle of sriracha – or a generous one, if you want it spicy!

Slice your spring onions – you can throw away the heads and tails – and sprinkle them roughly over your toasts.

Finish with a touch of coriander. Easy peasy!

Mix it up

For an indulgent breakfast, enjoy your smoked salmon with poached eggs. Boil water in a saucepan with a teaspoon of vinegar, crack each egg into a bowl, then gently tip them into the water – they’ll need 3-4 minutes.
