Wimbledon ready strawberry rolls!

Game, set, and match!

Easy 20 mins Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Roberts white bread
  • 100g of strawberries
  • 200g of mascarpone cheese
  • 500g of milk chocolate
  • 200g of white chocolate

Method

To begin making the individual Swiss rolls, cut the crusts off the bread (your choice of number of slices!), then flatten the crust-less slices with a rolling pin. Spread the mascarpone cheese on the flattened slices of bread and top with cut up strawberries. Roll up into a Swiss roll shape.

Meanwhile, melt the milk chocolate by placing it into a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Once melted, cover the rolls in the milk chocolate and place on a tray lined with grease proof paper, and chill in the fridge for 10mins. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate the same way as you did the milk chocolate.

Once the rolls are ready, remove from the fridge and drizzle over the melted white chocolate. Place the rolls back in the fridge to chill and enjoy when you’re ready!
